Return & Exchange Policy

At Anmol Jewellers, each creation is crafted with the utmost care and precision. We value your trust and are committed to offering a seamless and transparent shopping experience.

Returns & Refunds

Customers may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. During this period, customers may decide whether to keep the product or return it for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Customers must contact Anmol Jewellers Customer Support +91 93726 57350 via the official customer care number or email ID crm@anmoljewellers.in to initiate the return.

  • Products must not be shipped back return confirmation email is received from Anmol Jewellers.

  • All products must be returned in their original condition unused, unworn, and unaltered, with original packaging intact.

  • The original invoice and guarantee card must be included in the return package. Returns without these documents will not be processed.

  • For jewellery products, as security tag is provided inside the jewellery box:

    • The jewellery must be returned in its original box, secured with the security tag.

    • Returns without the security tag or with a tampered lock will not be accepted by our shipping partner.

Refund Timeline Mode

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days from the date the returned product(s) are received at our warehouse and pass quality inspection.

  • For online payments, refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during purchase.

  • In cases where the original debit/credit card is no longer active, the refund will be processed via cheque.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds can be processed via:

    • Cheque or

    • NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer)

The refund mode will be as per the customer’s preference.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

  • Jewellery must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in original condition, along with the invoice and certification.

  • Exchanges are permitted only for items of equal or higher value. The customer must pay any price difference.

  • All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection and approval by Anmol Jewellers.

Manufacturing Defects

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, the jewellery will be repaired or exchanged at the sole discretion of Anmol Jewellers after inspection.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery
  • Earrings and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
  • Jewellery altered or resized at the customer’s request
  • Discounted or promotional items

Important Notes

  • Damage due to wear and tear, mishandling, accidental impact, or exposure to chemicals is not covered.

  • Natural variations in gemstones, diamonds, and gold are inherent characteristics and do not constitute defects.

  • Anmol Jewellers reserves the right to accept or decline any return, refund, or exchange request based on inspection and brand policy.
